During your initial call our team will carefully document your second opinion request, including any specific issues that you would like addressed. We will guide you with appropriate recommendations for either a free consult to meet Dr. Patel or schedule a Diagnosis appointment to understand how we may best help you.

After the free consultation, a Diagnosis appointment can be scheduled so all the appropriate test and data can be gathered for analysis. Dr. Patel will personally review and diagnose your dental conditions. A treatment planning visit will be scheduled within 10 days of the diagnostic appointment to discuss all the options available to resolve the dental concerns including costs so you can gain the relief you need. The new patient consult is free at Sangiv I. Patel, D.D.S., PA so you discuss your needs and learn if we are the correct solution for you without any obligation or financial concern. The diagnosis and treatment are fee for service procedures. We promise to share, up front any costs associated with these phases to the best of our abilities. It is our experience that dental insurance coverage varies and may provide coverage for the cost of your second opinion.
