With over 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Sangiv I. Patel has established himself as a leading figure in modern dentistry. As the founder of The Smile Gallery in Melbourne, Florida which practices his trademark process of The Innovative Smile; he has been dedicated to enhancing patients’ oral health, aesthetics, and overall well-being since 1995. Dr. Patel’s approach combines evidence-based practices with cutting-edge technology to deliver personalized, long-lasting dental solutions.
Education & Awards
Dr. Patel is a general dentist in private practice who graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University of Chicago-School of Dentistry in 1993.
He is among the first 30 clinicians worldwide to have received a Mastership in Dental Biometrics in 2009 and credentialed as an Associate Fellow in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2011.
Dr. Patel was also recognized by theUnited States Congress for excellence in Medicine in 2011.

Dr. Patel’s dedication to advancing dental education is reflected in his extensive academic and mentorship roles.
He has served on the faculty at prestigious institutions such as Eastern Florida State College, the Advanced Dental Implant Institute in Puerto Rico (ADII), and Loyola University Chicago – School of Dentistry.
In addition, he is honored to serve as a Tatum Mentor, guiding the next generation of clinicians through the principles and philosophies of one of implant dentistry’s most respected pioneers.
